You may claim a refund from us if you are dissatisfied with our services. Please read the
following points carefully and find if you are eligible to claim refund.
Claims shall be considered only if:
- You don’t receive your pay stub in your mailbox within the duration of 24 hours.
- You have already requested a corrected stub copy but did not receive it within the
duration of 24 hours of request. - Repeated payment has been made for the same pay stub
Claims will not be considered if:
- You have entered incorrect email address where you want your paystub to be delivered.
As this is a mistake from user’s end, we will not provide any refund. - You are not satisfied with the color or layout of the generated paystub
- It is no longer useful to you now
- You may instantly contact our live support or contact us if you didn’t
receive your paystub to resend order but you won’t get any refund. - You think that calculations are incorrect.
- We will not entertain entire changes in employers name, employee’s name or pay-period
and hence it is non-refundable. Kindly note that minor modifications like spelling
mistakes in employees name or employer’s name can be requested. However, the final
decision of corrections lies with our support team. - You will definitely get one stub free if you make more than one pay stub at once for the
first time and we have our own set of criteria to check your uniqueness. Please note that
this offer applies only for first time users of our site, as determined by our system. If you
are visiting our site for the first time, but our system does not identify you as unique, you
will not get any stub free and the price is non-refundable. - Any stub correction request made after 48 hours of stub creation will not be entertained
and hence will not be considered. Thus, if you fail to contact us within 48 hours, you are
supposed to start stub creation from scratch, which is a non-refundable processing. - Anything which is not included in refunds is non-refundable.
